Hello Bello Algarve Dog Care will not board, train or provide day care without the appropriate up to date vaccination documentation and medical records.

Other required information. Has the dog

  • Been ill in the last 30 days?
  • Displaying any symptoms such as coughing, sneezing or upset stomach?
  • Ever been bitten or attacked or shown aggressive behaviour towards people or other dogs?
  • Ever been bitten or attacked by another dog, or been abused?
  • Please describe any behavioral problems, identify any dietary conditions or other important information.

Hello Bello Algarve Dog Care Boarding Policies

Hello Bello Algarve Dog Care hereby reserves the right to:

  • Immediately change the dogs type of boarding or day care if we believe it is necessary to protect the health and well-being of the dog, other dogs, or staff and the owner hereby agrees to pay any additional costs associated with the change.
  • Charge, and the owner hereby agrees to pay, all costs and charges for any special services requested.

The owner hereby confirms and agrees:

  1. And specifically represents that they are the lawful and valid owner of the dog.
  2. That the dog shall not leave the accommodation until all charges are paid in full.
  3. To be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of the dog while it is in the care of Hello Bello Algarve Dog Care.
  4. And specifically represents that the dog has not been exposed to rabies or distemper within 30 days prior to boarding.
  5. That in the event the boarding charges are not paid when due in accordance with this agreement, Hello Bello Algarve Dog Care may exercise its lawful rights within twelve (12) days to treat the dog as abandoned. A dog that is unclaimed twelve (12) days beyond its scheduled discharge date will become the property of Hello Bello. If for any reason the dog is not going to be picked up on the scheduled dismissal date, it is the owners responsibility to contact Hello Bell to make arrangements to extend the animal’s stay and will pay the additional charges based upon the agreed daily rate.
  6. If the dog becomes ill or if the state of the animal’s health otherwise requires attention, Hello Bello Algarve Dog Care at its sole discretion, is authorized to engage the services of a veterinarian or arrange for other requisite attention to the animal up to and including € 500,00. If a veterinarian determines that emergency treatment, which exceeds the authorized amount, is needed to save the animal’s life or quality of life, and the owner or emergency contact cannot be reached, Hello Bello Algarve Dog Care may authorize the veterinarian to perform the emergency treatment and the owner agrees to be responsible for all veterinary costs provided to the animal.
  7. To release, indemnify from any and all manner of damages, claims, loss, liabilities, costs or expenses related to Hello Bello Algarve Dog Care services, except which may arise from the gross negligence or intentional and willful misconduct. This includes any inaccuracy in any statement or information provided to Hello Bello Algarve Dog Care relating to the dog, including but not limited to destruction of property, dog bites injury and transmission of disease, and any action by the owner which is in breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  8. That the dog is not a “show dog” and does not participate in dog shows. Further the owner represents that the dog generates to revenue or income from the pet’s performance and the owner does not intend, plan or anticipate that the pet will generate revenue or income in the future.

This Terms of Conditions are by governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. The owner acknowledges and agrees to all of above.
